We would like to invite you to take part in conference Fuel from Waste
which will take place from 21st to 23rd of October, 2009.
As it was in previous editions, in the conference will participate
specialists from different areas of interest, like environment
protection and waste management from leading polish and international
institutions. It is a tradition now, that Fuel from Waste is a meeting
of national and foreign specialists of waste management. Our aim is to
present, for the conference participants, the review of waste
management processes: from traditional incineration, via coincineration
technologies to production of fuels by sorting and transformation. The
main conference topics include theoretical and technical aspects of the
following:
thermal waste management of non-segregated waste and biomass
technologies of waste transformation and treatment,
technologies of fuel production and its parameters,
thermal processes of hazardous waste neutralization,
ecology analysis of waste management effects,
associated waste and energy management.

All papers (accepted by reviewers) written in one of the conference
language (polish and English) will be published in monograph. Papers of
each language will be published in separate books. Additionally,
selected papers will be published in one of the patronage journal. All
papers will be reviewed.
Abstracts (aprox. one A4 page in English) and papers, in Polish or
English language, should be sent to June 30th 2009. Information for
authors and paper’s pattern is available on www.waste.polsl.pl.
Deadline for sending an application of participation is August 20th
2009. It is also possible to present achievement of your company during
the conference.
Location of the Conference Conference will take place in hotel located in one of the most
beautiful Polish spa – Szczyrk. Climate, pleasantness, excellent meals,
comfortable hotel’s furnishings will favour rest as well as active
work.
Participants will be accommodated in single and double rooms. Each room
will be equipped with toilette facilities, TV set, etc. A swimming-pool
will also be available for the participants.
The conference’s program will contain many attractions and informal
meetings, like ceremonial banquet and lavish outdoor dinner.

Basic fee for participation (accommodation in double room):
before May 30th 2009 - 460* EUR
after May 30th 2009 - 510 EUR
Additional fee for single room - 65 EUR
Additional accommodation for one day in single room - 80 EUR
Fee for accompanying person (including stay, meals and
participation in banquet) - 300 EUR
* incl. 22% VAT
